Use case

AERIAL
SENTINEL

Persistent intrusion detection over large secured sites.

Purpose

Detect unauthorized access across wide or remote sites in real time.

Operational need

Large industrial and energy sites — plants, substations, storage depots, ports, logistics hubs — have perimeters too long for ground patrols to cover and too remote for fixed cameras to watch efficiently. Blind spots, fence lines and outlying areas remain difficult to monitor continuously.

Aerial observation covers the entire site in a single pass, detecting people or vehicles entering restricted areas where ground-based systems leave gaps.

Solution

The SCOPS stabilized EO/IR payload provides persistent aerial surveillance of the site, independently of the drone.

Operators monitor the full perimeter and interior zones in real time using fused EO/IR imagery — by day and by night. Unauthorized access by people or vehicles is detected directly from the aerial video feed and located on a real-time site map.

Detected events are flagged automatically, so site security teams can focus on response rather than continuous manual watching.

Result

Operators obtain a continuous, real-time view of the secured site, with intrusions located and time-stamped as they occur.

This lets a single operator cover a far larger area than ground patrols, identify unauthorized access early, and direct the site's security team to the right location without delay.

Where fixed cameras leave blind spots, persistent aerial surveillance turns the entire site into a single monitored picture.
